Amanda Leach, MS, RD, LD, CLT is a registered dietitian, licensed in New Hampshire, who works with
adults and children of all ages. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston, MA with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Public Health and a background in psychology. She completed her Dietetic Internship through Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She has received a “Certificate in Eating Disorders” through Plymouth State University’s Eating Disorder Institute. She has also completed a mentor program in “Integrative and Function Medicine Nutrition Training”. She believes in embracing a whole body approach to address root causes of disease, providing the body with the proper supports it needs to heal. She is also a Certified LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) therapist and has received extensive training in adverse food reactions and dietary management for adverse food reactions. This protocol helps in reducing inflammation and recovering overall health. She believes in individualized approaches and working together with her patients to develop an approach that works best for them.
